Spirit Release Therapy

What Exactly Is Spirit Release Therapy (SRT)?

Spirit Release Therapy (SRT) is the process of identifying and releasing spiritual energies, entities, or influences that are not originally yours.  These energies can affect how you think, feel, behave, and even how your body reacts to everyday life. While some sessions are quiet and calm, others get intense—especially when we’re dealing with demonic energies or parasitic entities. People have spoken in strange voices, shouted things they didn’t know, or felt physical pain like burning or being punched from the inside. It’s not always gentle—and yes, sometimes it gets loud. But even in the chaos, there's a clear intention: let's get that energy out. You don’t have to believe in demons or spirits for this to work, but once something starts moving, you’ll feel the difference. It's intense, but you're not alone in it.

These can show up as:

  • Spirits of people who have died but haven’t fully crossed over

  • Heavy energy left behind by trauma or toxic relationships

  • Energy attacks like curses, spells, or even extreme jealousy

  • Non-human energies or beings from other dimensions

  • Demonic or parasitic energies that purposefully cause harm

These energies can get stuck to your field, sometimes going way back to when you were a baby or young child.  As well, during times when you’re vulnerable—like during grief, addiction, illness, abuse, or big life transitions. Once they attach, they can start to influence your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and sense of self.

What Types of Energies are we talking about?

1. Earthbound Spirits

These are people who have passed away but haven’t fully crossed over for some reason. They might be confused, lost, or still emotionally attached to someone or something on Earth. They aren’t usually "trying" to harm you, and they often care about you, but sometimes they show it in strange ways—like influencing you to act in ways that don't feel like “you.” This can lead to things like weight gain, acting out of character, or being unexpectedly mean. Clients often report saying things that "just came out" or getting angry with loved ones, feeling like something else is making them act this way. These energies might think it’s funny at first, but when I explain the harm and pain they’re causing, they genuinely apologize. When they realize the impact they’ve had, they tend to express real regret for causing you pain. It’s kind of like that big brother who thinks it’s funny to pick on you, but when he realizes the damage he’s done, he feels bad and apologizes.

2. Unconscious Energy Attachments

These can be emotions, habits, or thought patterns left behind by someone else. For example, you might still carry the energy of a past abusive partner, a toxic parent, or a traumatic event. These are lingering energetic imprints from past relationships, experiences, or environments that have become entangled with your own energy—often without your awareness. They can show up as emotions, beliefs, habits, or thought patterns that originally didn’t belong to you but were absorbed over time. For instance, if you were in a relationship with an abusive partner or grew up with a toxic or controlling parent, their energy may still be echoing through your system long after the person is gone. These attachments aren’t always from people who meant harm—sometimes they come from unresolved emotional ties, guilt, grief, or trauma. You might find yourself reacting in ways that don’t align with your current self, repeating old patterns, or feeling stuck in emotions that seem to come out of nowhere. Because these energies live beneath the surface, they often go unnoticed until you're in a safe space—like hypnosis—where they can rise to awareness.

3. Intentional Energy (Curses, Spells, Psychic Attack)

Intentional energy refers to energy that has been directed toward you—consciously or unconsciously—by another person. This can take many forms: curses, hexes, spells, or even intense thoughts and emotions such as jealousy, resentment, obsession, or hatred. Not all of it is ritualistic; sometimes it's simply the focused energy of someone who is fixated on you in a negative way. This is often called a psychic attack. Even without malicious intent, strong emotional energy can linger in your field if you're sensitive or energetically open. For example, if someone is constantly thinking about you with envy or sending you blame, that energy can create disturbances in your emotional state, thought patterns, or physical body. You might feel drained, off-balance, anxious, or unsettled without knowing why.

Because energy follows intention, even unspoken or unconscious feelings can have an impact.

4. Entities or Non-Human Energies

These are energies that do not originate from human beings. They may come from other realms, dimensions, or energetic planes and are often attracted to dense, low-frequency emotions such as fear, sadness, anger, confusion, or stress. Unlike spirits of deceased humans, these energies have never been incarnate. Their presence can feel foreign, heavy, or intrusive—sometimes causing individuals to feel disconnected from their true self or suddenly overcome with emotions or thoughts that don’t feel like their own. People affected by these energies might notice mood swings, mental fog, physical fatigue, inner agitation, or a persistent sense of unease without a clear cause. These entities often “feed” on the emotional or energetic output of the person they attach to or influence. Their goal is not always malicious, but their presence is disruptive and disempowering.

5. Demonic or Interdimensional Beings

These are heavy, invasive, and often malicious energies that can have a profound and harmful impact on a person’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Demonic or inter-dimensional beings can be aggressive, seeking to cause discomfort, harm, and disruption in your life. They typically appear during times of deep trauma, vulnerability, or after exposure to extreme negative environments or situations, such as abuse, violence, or certain spiritually dangerous practices. Unlike other non-human energies, these beings are intentionally malevolent and can cause significant emotional and psychological distress. Their presence often leads to persistent negative thoughts, feelings of terror, deep hopelessness, and a general sense of being overwhelmed. They can even trigger physical symptoms such as pain, exhaustion, or illness. Their influence can be invasive, and they can take a toll on a person’s energy field, making it challenging to maintain any sense of peace, control, or well-being.

FAQ

Is this like an exorcism?
In some ways, yes, but it’s very different from the old Hollywood movie versions. Unlike traditional exorcisms, which often rely on religious rituals, Spirit Release Therapy (SRT) is a non-religious but deeply spiritual practice. It focuses on clearing disruptive energies and entities from your energy field. While we don’t use religious rites, we do call on higher spiritual forces to assist in the process. The goal is always healing, transformation, and helping you align with your highest good.

The process can sometimes feel intense, especially if the energy is resistant or has been present for a long time. It may appear similar to a negotiation at times, as we gently and respectfully engage with these energies to understand their origin and purpose. The goal is always to help them release their hold and find a path that is more aligned with their true nature—while ensuring the safety and well-being of the person receiving the therapy.

Sometimes, the process can feel bittersweet for the client, as the energy being cleared may have been with them for a long time—almost like an old friend who has quietly lingered in the background. Although these energies may no longer serve their highest good, the departure can still evoke a sense of sadness or loss, as they have been a familiar presence for so long.

How Does Spirit Release Therapy Work?

During a Spirit Release Therapy session, you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation through hypnosis. This allows you to enter an altered state of consciousness, where we can access the subconscious mind—where hidden influences, attachments, or non-physical energies may reside. Once in this relaxed state, we engage with these energies, allowing you to become aware of their presence and understand their origins. The process is compassionate and respectful, and we work together to facilitate a peaceful release of these spiritual influences. These energies are then guided to the appropriate place for healing.

Do I have to believe in this for this to work?
Not at all. Many clients come in unsure of what to believe, and that’s perfectly okay. You don’t need to believe in any particular thing—just be open to the possibility that something may be affecting your energy, and be willing to let it go.

What Happens in a Session?

We begin with grounding and protection to ensure you feel safe and supported. Using hypnosis, I guide you into a relaxed, receptive state. As the session unfolds, you’ll be fully aware of what’s happening because you’ll be speaking and experiencing the process with me. We work with higher guidance and your soul’s wisdom to uncover any energies that need to be cleared. It’s hard to say in advance exactly how the session will unfold because every session is unique—different energies, reasons, and symptoms may arise. However, you will always be in control, able to decide whether to let go, move forward, or stop the process. You’ll feel the shifts directly as they happen, with a clear sense of how things are unfolding.

Will you tell me exactly what was there?

As the session unfolds, you’ll be fully aware of what’s going on. There’s no need for me to tell you anything separately—you’ll experience it firsthand and be part of the healing every step of the way. You’ll be fully aware of the energies that are being released, and you’ll feel the shifts as they happen. You’ll know exactly what’s going on because you’ll be speaking and processing everything with me in real-time. It's not about me telling you what’s happening from the outside; it’s about you being actively involved in your own healing process, every step of the way. You'll feel the changes, and you’ll be empowered to guide the session, making decisions about moving forward, slowing down, or stopping if you need to. This is your healing journey, and you're in control.

You Are Always in Control

This is your space. I hold it with love, zero judgment, and full confidentiality. Whether we’re releasing an old spirit or dealing with something heavier, you’re never alone in it. Everything is handled with clarity, strength, and spiritual protection.

And yes—anything can happen. But we don’t go looking for drama. We invite healing, truth, and transformation.

Is Spirit Release Therapy Safe?

Spirit Release Therapy is generally a safe and deeply healing process, but as with anything dealing with energies, there are times when things can get intense. Most of the time, the session goes smoothly, and the energies leave with ease. However—sometimes it's not that simple. There are occasions when the energies we’re working with are resistant or even hostile. These energies may not want to leave and could create challenges in the process, sometimes lashing out in an attempt to maintain control. They may get aggressive, causing clients to experience intense sensations—like burning from the inside out or feeling as though they’re being punched or physically pressured.

Think of Spirit Release Therapy like dealing with an uninvited guest in your home—someone who has entered without your permission and is now overstaying their welcome. In most cases, they’re not causing too much trouble, and once you politely ask them to leave, they go without issue, apologizing on the way out. That’s how it often works—energies release easily, and everything shifts smoothly.

But sometimes, these "guests" don’t want to leave. They’ve gotten comfortable, and when you try to evict them, they push back. It’s like dealing with a squatter who doesn’t want to give up their spot. Some energies will create drama, push back, or even make threats to stick around and cause trouble.

While these experiences can be unsettling, it’s important to know that we handle them with care, protection, and a methodical approach. We call on higher guidance to help clear the energies safely and ensure that you’re fully protected.

Though extreme reactions are rare, they can happen when working with heavier, more stubborn entities or attachments. Rest assured, throughout the session, you are never alone. You’re always in control and can stop or adjust the process if needed.

You’re fully aware of everything happening and are always empowered to stop or shift the process if needed.

While Spirit Release Therapy is ultimately about healing, it’s important to acknowledge that not all energies are willing to go easily, and some may resist. But rest assured, you’re in safe hands. The goal is to gently guide these energies to release, but we’re prepared for the unexpected and work through it with a protective, compassionate approach. Your safety and well-being are always the priority.

How will I feel after a session?

Everyone’s experience is different, how you feel after a session can vary. On the day of the session, it’s common to feel tired, have a headache, or feel sleepy as your body processes the shifts. You might also feel emotional. Sometimes, these effects can last a couple of days after the session, but that's rare. It’s best to take it easy, drink plenty of water, rest, and eat nourishing food to help your body recover.
